There's no substitute for experience. The Stewarts have done just about every job in this industry: hauling homes, selling them, running dealerships and rental parks, even building them in their own factory. All of that experience goes into every home we sell today.
Walter hauled house trailers from the factory to the lot, then moved into sales and once sold ten coaches in a single weekend. Opal hosted a weekend radio show from the dealership.
The Stewarts opened and ran dealerships, managed franchises, opened rental parks, and in the early 1980s built a factory of their own.
Walter and Opal's children opened Bay on North Nebraska Avenue, where we still are today.
